Client-Controlled Deploy - from $6,500
For recurring workloads - a chat widget, FAQ bot, document summarization, classification - where running the model on your own API account or hardware makes sense. We design it, install the runner on infrastructure you own, build one or two workflow agents, set up monitoring and backups, train your team, and hand it over. Hardware, API, and hosting are billed at cost; an optional maintenance retainer starts at $400/month.
Every engagement is scoped in a free written proposal before any work begins. Final pricing depends on your workflow and is fixed in that proposal. We don't quote cost savings without your real numbers.
